WeQare: From captivity to freedom

Last week, Qatar Airways Cargo reported their first successful transport under Chapter 2, Rewild the Planet, part their WeQare sustainability programme. Seven rescued lions were flown for free by the airline, from Ukraine all the way to South Africa, via Doha. The lions are safe and sound in their new homes.

Qatar Airways transports horses for CHI Al Shaqab

Qatar Airways Cargo has transported 118 show jumping and dressage horses from Belgium to Qatar for the CHI Al Shaqab, which is taking place in Doha from 2 – 5 March.
