Government chooses not to appeal Heathrow verdict

The UK government has chosen not to appeal today’s court ruling that the expansion of Heathrow will be unlawful. However, Heathrow will challenge the decision as they believe there is possibility to expand with a third runway that will be in line with the Paris Agreement.
