“Aviator’s mission of delivering the right service with the right quality at the right time resonates with me deeply. I am committed to ensuring that our organizational processes are in full alignment with this mission, and I want to enable every team member to contribute and engage in ongoing and continuous improvement. After all, improvement is impossible without the valuable input of everyone – from top managers to frontline employees,” Ms. Mager-Falkauskiene explains.

When it comes to the latter, the company’s sustainability efforts have been at the forefront of its operations. Having recently won Lufthansa’s Sustainability Award 2024, Aviator aims to reach 100% CO2 neutrality in Sweden by 2025.
