The Seahorse Freight Association, founded in 1962, brings together journalists, supply chain professionals, and PR experts in logistics and transport. The association champions diversity, supports new writing talent, and hosts the Seahorse Journalist Awards, open to media professionals reporting globally across the supply chain.
This year’s awards and Christmas celebration took place at the vibrant Mr Fogg’s City Tavern in London’s Broadgate Circle, bringing together the media and industry community to honour the voices shaping freight journalism—from air cargo and maritime to sustainability and tech.
“It is an honour to have been recognised at last night’s Seahorse Freight Association Journalist Awards. My thanks go to the Seahorse board for delivering an excellent event, and to the jury for this award. Air Cargo Week has continued to go from strength to strength in recent years, and this recognition is a testament to that progress,” Edward Hardy said.
“I’m incredibly honoured to have been named as a Winner – Journalist of the Year – at the Seahorse Journalist Awards last night. Huge thanks to everyone who’s shared their time, insights, stories with me this year — I’ve learned so much from this amazing industry,” said Anastasiya Simsek. “Really proud to be part of Air Cargo Week and such a passionate and hard-working community.”
