TIACA’s Air Cargo Forum (ACF) 2025 marks a new milestone in our path to enhanced industry support, heralding a new era as the ACF becomes an annual event focused on being more than just another air cargo gathering.

Thanks to Etihad’s generous support, we now launch with the Etihad Cargo Golf Tournament on Monday, followed by a spectacular Beach Club Reception through the sunset hours.

The conference programme has been meticulously developed to provide diverse perspectives from top industry leaders across the supply chain. A mix of panels, presentations, and Oasis-side chats will keep audiences engaged and spark valuable discussions throughout and beyond the event.

The three-day exhibition, utilising the entire Yas Arena, will showcase leading technology, airports, suppliers, airlines, customs, GSSAs, ground handlers, forwarders, and more. Based on attendee feedback, the exhibition area now includes dedicated meeting spaces plus numerous VIP and hospitality suites.

ACF is about facilitating new relationships and strengthening existing partnerships. Expect several exciting announcements throughout the week, demonstrating the industry’s dynamic growth.

On Wednesday, don’t miss the Connecting Cargo Reception at Ferrari World — an exclusive evening of great food, drinks, and the thrill of world-class roller coasters, including an immersive 5D ride. For the brave-hearted, the Flying Aces propels riders 63 metres into the sky at over 120 km/h, hitting 5G in inverted loops — a perfect metaphor for an industry full of ups and downs, twists and turns.
