Tigers USA moves into larger Miami facility

Tigers USA has moved its Miami team to a larger facility to strengthen its focus on the Latin American region and meet e-commerce demand.

The purpose-built facility, which will be led by branch manager Elena Varona measures 34,115 square feet and includes a new office as well as a warehouse with nearly double the storage capacity of the previous location.

Varona says: “The team will play a key role in further growing our eTigers product, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for online customers around the world, as well as drive the launch of a new cross-border e-commerce service into Europe from Miami later this year.”

She says this is boosted by forwarding and consolidation services into Latin America, the Caribbean and out of China.

Tigers USA provides outbound logistics services to Latin America and the Caribbean, and inbound services to the Asia Pacific region.

This includes weekly direct consolidation services into Miami from Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as from Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen.

The Miami facility includes a 3,035 square foot office and a 31,080 square foot warehouse, with state-of-the-art features to support growth in e-commerce and contract logistics.

The facility is bonded and serves as a container freight station and an in-bound export consolidation warehouse.
