Tigers launches eShop for China and SE Asia e-commerce market

Supply chain group Tigers has launched eShop, a marketplace to support brands entering the rapidly expanding China and Southeast Asia e-commerce markets.

Tigers says its digital marketplace offers a one-stop shop from marketing, taking payments, managing the supply chain, order fulfilment and returns.

Italian designer workout wear Gr1ps, and golf simulator OptiShot Golf are among the first Tiger eShop customers in China, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Tigers chief executive officer and group managing director, Andrew Jillings says: “The logistics industry has the desire to adopt technology, but few providers are offering a real solution that ultimately services every e-commerce business.”

“Rather than being a one-size fits all, Tigers’ IT systems, which work on a cloud-based operating platform, are flexible enough to meet a large variety of demands.”

Tigers has been active in Greater China since 1969 and has 17 offices across the country specialising in e-commerce fulfilment, transportation and the supply chain, and it plans to open more eShops across “strategic locations”.
