The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) announced that CHAMP Cargosystems will remain the exclusive sponsor of the Sustainability Awards through 2029 and the opening of the Sustainability Award Application period.

The TIACA Sustainability Award recognises outstanding initiatives that promote sustainable practices, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to a greener future for the industry. Companies, organisations, and individuals across the air cargo supply chain are invited to submit their applications showcasing sustainability-driven projects, technologies, or best practices.

The application period is officially open, and interested participants are encouraged to apply by April 30th. A panel of industry experts will evaluate entries based on impact, scalability, and innovation, with the winner being announced at TIACA’s Executive Summit, June 24-26 in Hong Kong.
Two categories of leadership in sustainability will be awarded, the Corporate Prize and the Start-Up and Small Business Prize.
The Corporate Prize will recognize an established corporation, an international organization or a scholar with a long-standing presence in the cargo community.
The Start-Up and Small Business Prize will recognize and encourage young, growing as well as small businesses building their presence in the air cargo industry, additionally, this category awards a generous financial prize:
- Winner: USD 10’000
- Two runners-up: USD 2’500 each
While the Corporate Prize is focused on recognition and support; we want to specifically recognize and support The Start-Up and Small Business finalists that may need the financial support to get things up and running with a cash prise.
