Bringing together global leaders, regional powerhouses, and emerging innovators, tlacSEA 2025 served as a high-impact platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and business growth across the logistics and air cargo ecosystem.
Delegates and decision makers
The 2025 edition welcomed over 8,100 attendees from more than 90 countries and regions, with 35 percent international participation. The event attracted a highly senior audience, with 76% of attendees representing C-suite and management levels, underscoring tlacSEA’s role as a strategic business and decision-making hub.
A total of 120 exhibiting companies from 27 countries and regions, including four country-led pavilions, showcased innovative solutions across air freight, freight forwarding, ports and shipping, logistics technology, e-commerce fulfilment, and cold chain solutions.
Top visiting countries outside Singapore included Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany, India, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and the Philippines, reflecting tlacSEA’s growing global reach and regional influence.
Programme and networking
The tlacSEA conference featured 152 speaker sessions across three stages, addressing critical topics such as trade connectivity, digitalisation, sustainability, and the future of air cargo and supply chains. The programme received strong approval, with 83.8 percent rating conference quality positively.
Networking remained a core highlight, supported by curated industry events and a dedicated business event app that generated more than 2 million total impressions across companies, products, and agendas. The platform also facilitated 3,358 meeting requests, including 671 confirmed pre-event meetings, driving meaningful business engagement before and during the show.

The opening ceremony was officiated by Alvin Tan, Minister of State, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth & Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore, highlighting the event’s significance to regional trade and economic development.
Looking Ahead to tlacSEA 2027
Following the strong success of the 2025 edition, tlacSEA will return to Singapore from 27–29 October 2027, once again at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre. The next edition will continue to advance collaboration, innovation, and connectivity across the global logistics and air cargo industries.
