SEGRO signs two deals to let units at Central Spacewaye

SEGRO has completed two deals to let units at the Central Spacewaye on North Feltham Trading Estate near Heathrow Airport’s Cargo Terminal.

Global fine art logistics company, Williams & Hill has taken a 25,898 square foot unit on a 15 year lease and, its third SEGRO warehouse, and commercial aerospace aftermarket firm, Satair Group has opted for a 19,192 square foot unit, also on a 15 year lease.

Central Spacewaye on the North Feltham Trading Estate is three and a half miles from Heathrow’s Cargo Terminal and comprises of three new warehouse/industrial Grade A modern specification units, with one 36,116 square foot unit still available.
