From 11–13 November 2025, Miami will host a landmark event in global logistics as transport logistic Americas, air cargo Americas, and the newly introduced project cargo Americas come together at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Organised by Messe München

The combined event is expected to attract over 6,000 visitors from more than 30 countries, covering every segment of logistics and supply chain management. The event will feature three key sections:

  transport logistic Americas, covering road, rail, combined transport, inland and ocean shipping, ports, courier services, e-commerce fulfilment, logistics IT and telematics, warehouse management systems, and packaging solutions.

  air cargo Americas, showcasing forwarding agents, airlines, airports, express services, cargo handling companies, charter brokers, logistics providers, and air cargo-specific IT and equipment systems.

  Project cargo Americas, focusing on heavy and oversize road transport, rail and special wagon operators, inland and ocean shipping including breakbulk and RoRo, airfreight project cargo, port handling and stevedoring, cranes and lifting technology, modular transporters, and cargo insurance.

Expert insights

The event features a conference programme running alongside the trade show, bringing together international professionals from air cargo, transportation, logistics, and supply chain management. Confirmed speakers include executives and experts from major organisations such as FedEx, DHL, PortMiami, Miami International Airport, Atlas Air, Kuehne + Nagel, Amerijet International Airlines, United Airlines, LATAM Cargo Group, Cargill, Grupo Mexico Transportes, and more.

The show opens on Tuesday, 11 November, with the Inauguration and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on the Blue Stage from 10:30–11:30 am. The first session explores Nearshoring and Regionalization, focusing on the impact on airfreight demand and infrastructure. Later, World Trade Center Miami will lead a session on Digital Cargo, covering data, automation, and the smart supply chain. EACC Florida will follow with a discussion on Transatlantic Trade in Turbulent Times, addressing tariffs, policy shifts, and supply chain realities. The day also includes sessions by the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (FCBF) and a Women in Logistics programme highlighting leadership and diversity in the industry.

Tuesday’s schedule also includes insights on heavy-lift and project forwarding, civil engineering opportunities in the US, and e-commerce and express growth, exploring adaptation strategies for the evolving cargo environment.

On Wednesday, 12 November, sessions will cover investment, infrastructure, and urban logistics. Topics include FDI investment into Latin America and the Caribbean, smarter fleets and stronger supply chains, integrated ports and airports, and urban last-mile logistics balancing efficiency, emissions, and consumer expectations. Afternoon sessions examine airport cargo hubs, cross-border trade optimisation between the U.S. and Mexico, adaptive supply chains, and the role of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in global markets.

The programme concludes on Thursday, 13 November, focusing on air cargo, clean technology, and workforce development. Airports Council International – North America will present sessions on policy impacts and maximising cargo facility space, followed by World Trade Center Miami on clean tech and logistics innovation. The final session, led by Miami Dade College and Florida International University, explores career pathways in logistics and air cargo, supporting the development of the next generation of professionals.

The combined event offers a single platform for networking and business development. Attendees can explore solutions across air cargo, freight transportation, supply chain management, and heavy-lift logistics.

An official event app allows participants to schedule appointments, connect with exhibitors, and access matchmaking tools before and during the event. Exhibitors can also manage passes, order lead capture tools, and access marketing banners via the Circdata Exhibitor Portal.
