Saudia Cargo signs employee development deal

Saudia Cargo has signed a three-year agreement with management consulting company Gallup to develop employee performance and study trends.

The agreement is in line with the airline’s Strategy 2020 and enhances Saudia Cargo’s vision and values, while meeting the expectations of staff members while retaining those who support the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Saudia Cargo chief executive officer, Omar Talal Hariri says developing human capital is significant, and it also aims to turn the Kingdom into a major global logistics platform in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

He says: “The agreement aims to create and implement clear strategy and vision to increase the company’s client base and launch an internal program speeding up the implementation of the transformation strategy and creating conducive environment that enhances culture of sharing.

“Gallup will provide consultations to executive officers and directors of departments to help them achieve and surpass the expectations of clients.”

Saudia Cargo says it has taken effective steps towards accomplishing its Strategy 2020 objectives and announced plans to improve the performance of staff and quality of services.

The company also plans to increase productivity and enter into more strategic partnerships.
