Singapore-based SATS and Zhejiang Airport Logistics Development Co., Ltd. have signed a new framework agreement to deepen collaboration across cargo handling, data, and cold-chain development.
The deal, signed on 16 January, will see both parties align across six strategic areas, including overseas air cargo terminal expansion, route capacity optimisation, and joint models for logistics data sharing. Talent exchange, cold-chain warehousing, and food trade ecosystem development also form part of the agreement.
The signing was led by Bob Chi, CEO of APAC Gateway Services at SATS, and Chen Zhongyue, General Manager of Zhejiang Airport Logistics Development, with Kerry Mok, President and CEO of SATS Ltd., and Wei Jiangen, Chairman of Zhejiang Provincial Airport Group, witnessing the ceremony.

Zhejiang Airport Logistics operates some of the Yangtze River Delta region’s most important cargo gateways, offering strong connectivity between China’s industrial base and global trade lanes. The partnership positions both organisations to contribute to the transformation and high-quality development of the aviation logistics sector, with a focus on scalable, long-term solutions.
