Rodrigues heads up ACS’s South American cargo operations

Air Charter Service (ACS) has appointed Andre Rodrigues to run its cargo operations in South America.

Rodrigues will be based in ACS’s Sao Paulo, Brazil office. He has more than 25 years of experience working for airlines, general sales agents and other charter companies in both the passenger and cargo industry.

Rodrigues says: “In one of my previous roles I helped develop the on board courier side of the business, worked on a lot of oil and gas business and booked the first Antonov 225 into South America.”

“I’m really looking forward to this new challenge and can’t wait to get started.”

ACS chief executive officer, Justin Bowman says: “Andre has the necessary drive and experience to help our Brazil office to reach the next stage. His personality and enthusiasm are infectious and we are looking forward to him driving the cargo side of the business in South America forward.”
