The multi-event agreement will see EFM play a central role in delivering all of BLAST’s world-class esports events around the globe, managing the movement of equipment, staging and critical production infrastructure.
As part of the partnership, EFM will be integrated across BLAST’s global event calendar, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of tournaments, studios, fan experiences, and broadcast operations for more than 20 global events per year. This includes transportation of 18 tonnes of air freight per event, multi-container sea freight, international road transport and comprehensive movement of server farms, broadcast systems, staging, truss, LED architecture and competition-grade technology kits.
The partnership includes integration across BLAST’s global broadcasts, featuring digital and physical logo placements. EFM will also feature across BLAST’s social network, including bespoke content, digital campaigns and branded daily segments both on social and broadcast.
“EFM is the gold standard in event logistics, and we’re thrilled to welcome them as our Official Global Logistics Partner for 2026 and beyond. Their expertise helps us deliver unforgettable esports experiences for fans around the world. This partnership strengthens the operational backbone of what makes BLAST events truly world-class.”
BLAST will produce dedicated bespoke content that showcases EFM’s operational role, including an aftermovie showcasing the logistics behind delivering Tier 1 esports events around the globe.
“What makes esports uniquely complex is the fusion of elite sport, broadcast television and touring production,” added Marcel Meyer, Global VP Events, EFM Global. “Teams arrive with high-performance support crews—sports psychologists, physios, analysts—because the athletes perform at exceptional reflex thresholds. That competitive standard drives enormous technical expectations behind the scenes. And that is where EFM and BLAST thrive.”
BLAST’s 2026 calendar has already confirmed a multitude of exciting locations around the world with EFM’s first event as a BLAST partner being the Counter Strike tournament in Rotterdam.
