All Nippon Airways to start Phnom Penh services

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is to start daily Boeing 787-8 flights from Tokyo to Phnom Penh from 1 September.

Flight number NH817 will leave Tokyo’s Narita International Airport at 10.50h and arrive at Phnom Penh International Airport in Cambodia’s capital at 15.10h. The return flight, NH818, will leave Phnom Penh at 22.50h and arrive in Tokyo 06.45h the next day. ANA says companies around the world are taking an interest in the emerging Cambodian market as a manufacturing centre and for their products and services.

The Japanese carrier will also be starting daily Boeing 767-300 services from Tokyo Narita to Wuhan Tianhe International Airport in Wuhan, the capital of China’s Hubei province. Flight times are to be confirmed but it will depart Narita in the evening, arriving in Wuhan at night, before leaving Wuhan in the morning, returning to Narita in the afternoon.

ANA will also be upgrading its cargo network, with freighter flights from Singapore to Hong Kong from 27 March, connected from Okinawa.
