Messe München will launch a new international platform with transport logistics Americas, complementing TIACA’s air cargo forum.
The platform for shippers, logistics service providers and logistics-related service providers will take place in Miami from 10 – 12 November 2020, and exhibition applications are now open.
5,000 square metres will be reserved for shippers, logistics service providers and logistics-related service providers, and air cargo exhibitors will occupy at least half of the area.
Gerhard Gerritzen, member of the executive board of Messe München says: “The European logistics market is different from the logistics industry in North and South America. For efficient trade relations, it consequently needs a platform in America, where all the stakeholders in the supply chain can meet.”
Miami is an important transport hub, linking North and South America, with one of the world’s top 20 airports and the 11th largest seaport in the USA.
German exhibitors will benefit from the Federal Ministry of Economics promoting a country pavilion via the German Association of Freight Forwarders and Logistics Companies (DSLV).
Frank Huster, executive director of DSLV says: “We are very pleased that we received the coveted funding in the first attempt in cooperation with Messe München and that we can provide a country pavilion from the start. This speaks for the offer and is a great success.”
