Mauroux takes over as CCA treasurer

Eric Mauroux, (pictured) director verticals and global head of perishable at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo has been appointed as the treasurer of the Cool Chain Association (CCA) and a member of its board.

Mauroux takes over Renate de Walle, who has moved into another role at AF/KLM. CCA paid tribute to de Walle for her dedication and valuable contributions and wished her “success and fun” in her new position.

Mauroux is a highly respected professional in the air cargo industry, with a long international career. In his current role as director verticals, he has P&L responsibility for the Perishables Business Unit of Air France-KLM.

Through the various regional cargo management positions he has held in South-East Asia, India, Mexico, Central and South America, Mauroux has developed an in-depth knowledge of the supply chain and a sound understanding of the international perishable business.

The Cool Chain Association is a non-profit organisation, founded in 2003, with the aim of synchronising the cool supply chain in order to improve the quality of perishables and temperature sensitive products (PTSP) and thus prolong their shelf life and reduce wastage.
