LATAM Cargo makes Pharma Passive available in London

LATAM Cargo is making its Pharma Passive service available in London, in addition to Pharma Active services.

Customers can choose Pharma Passive, a service that includes includes infrastructure allowing the product to maintain a temperature range of between 15 and 25C, and LATAM Cargo will incorporate data loggers and blankets to all shipments.

London is a strategic location for pharmaceutical cargo since it has direct connections to Latin America with daily flights to Guarulhos in Brazil.

LATAM Cargo senior sales manager EMEA, Alfredo Noguerales says: “Most of the pharmaceutical products that the United Kingdom produces require temperature control, which calls for high quality standards along with strategic routes to reduce their transfer times. In this sense, Brazil is a gateway to Latin America which offers more efficient times, in line with what the product requires.”

LATAM Cargo product development senior manager, Rodolfo Marre adds: “As leaders in the air cargo industry we provide transportation to, from and intra Latin America, and we have the responsibility to be constantly evolving and finding new ways to meet our customer’s needs.

“Expanding our network connection, strengthening our PHARMA product and working with the highest quality standards are concrete examples of our commitment to understand and support our clients’ businesses.”
