Kohnen completes executive board at time:matters

Alexander Kohnen has been appointed the new managing director for strategy and sales at time:matters from 15 November 2017.

The 40-year-old succeeds Franz-Joseph Miller, who left the company of his own accord on 1 July this year.

Kohnen has held various management positions at Lufthansa Cargo since October 2000, most recently senior director of industry development and product management.

Lufthansa Cargo board member for product and sales, Alexis von Hoensbroech says: “We are delighted to have Alexander Kohnen on board. He knows the industry inside out and has everything it takes to further establish time:matters as the leading specialist for sameday delivery and emergency logistics.”

Lufthansa Cargo took complete ownership of the time:matters group, which specialises in global special speed and time-critical international spare part logistics, in August 2016 after previously holding 49 per cent.
