KlasJet expands partnership with EL AL

KlasJet, a well-known exclusive private and corporate jet charter company and part of the world’s largest ACMI providers, the Avia Solutions Group family, has announced an extension of its partnership with EL AL Israel Airlines Ltd. (“EL AL”), including the leasing of a third Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Under the extended agreement, EL AL is leasing the third Boeing 737-800 aircraft from KlasJet to support its operational needs and uphold the high standard of service for which both companies are well-known. The aircraft will be used by Sun D’or, a wholly owned subsidiary of EL AL, during the summertime of 2024.

Augustinas Riskus, Deputy Chief Commercial Officer at KlasJet, commented on the extended partnership: “We are happy with our fruitful relationship with EL AL and Sun D’or and we have proven to be a trustworthy partner, therefore we are thrilled to expand our partnership even more.”

Gal Gershon, CEO of Sun D’or, remarked on the extended engagement: “Expanding our leasing agreement with KlasJet to include a third aircraft significantly enhances our operational capacity and flexibility. We are confident that this partnership will help us effectively manage the increased demand during the high season.”

KlasJet operates a fleet of 14 aircraft, offering capacities ranging from 10 to 68 seats for VIP services and 186 to 189 passengers for ACMI leasing. KlasJet is part of the Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider, operating a fleet of 213 aircraft. The group also provides various aviation services, including MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), pilot and crew training, ground handling, and various associated services.
