Hawaiian Airlines renews ULD deal with Unilode

Unilode Aviation Solutions has renewed its long-term agreement to manage the ULD fleet of Hawaiian Airlines.

Brad Matheny, managing director of cargo at Hawaiian Airlines says: “Thanks to Unilode’s expertise and flexibility, we always have the right assets to meet our ULD needs, including some special units, which Unilode has provided for Hawaiian’s ATR-72 fleet in an all-cargo configuration.”

He also says that Hawaiian Airlines is looking forward to advancing the partnership and operations, and fully digitising the ULD fleet for greater control and visibility, as well as improved revenue.

Benoit Dumont, CEO of Unilode says: “Unilode is committed to providing the necessary assets and support for its customers’ successful operation and places great value on the partnership element of its ULD management agreements, including planning ahead for changes to their fleet, network and seasonal operations.

“Unilode’s digitalisation programme will provide Hawaiian Airlines with data and reports to help them offer value-added services to their own customers and give them a competitive edge in the market.”
