Freight Management joins WACO System

Freight Management (FML) has joined freight forwarder network, The WACO System, as member for Bangladesh.

The company employs 117 staff in offices in the capital Dhaka, and the port city of Chittagong, providing road, air and ocean services across Bangladesh.

FML was founded in 1996 under the leadership of managing director Hossain Mohammed Zahedi, and provides specialised Customs support for dangerous goods, refrigerated products and perishables.

Richard Charles, executive director for The WACO System says: “FML has been operating for over 22 years, and we look forward to the local knowledge and expertise they will bring to the network.”

Ghulam Muqtadeer, director of sales at FML says: “Our membership of WACO will give us the opportunity to extend our co-operation with independent freight and logistics operators across the world, for our inbound and outbound shipments, for both in air-freight, and sea-freight businesses.”
