Flexport’s Shah joins TIACA board

Neel Shah, senior vice president and global head of airfreight at forwarder, Flexport, has joined the board of the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA).

Shah, who previously served on the TIACA Board from 2011 to 2012, brings almost 20 years of experience in the aviation and transport industry. He has been responsible for building up global air cargo delivery capabilities for Flexport since 2017.

He previously led consultancy group JS Aviation Consulting,. Prior to that, Shah was senior vice president and chief cargo officer for Delta Air Lines, as well as vice president of sales and marketing for United Airlines.

He said: “TIACA is the only association to represent all segments of the air cargo sector, and is a great platform for us to learn from each other, debate the issues that matter, and develop solutions to ongoing challenges.”
