Europa Air & Sea reveals growth at newly opened Dubai office

Europa Air & Sea expanded into Dubai this summer, and has boosted its team with a number of recent hires supporting the business’ plans to expand its global footprint.

Based in Garhoud Dubai, Europa Air & Sea is part of Europa Worldwide Group, a rapidly expanding, privately-owned operator. Europa Air & Sea was established as a separate division in 2015 and has since gone from strength to strength, expanding across the UK and overseas.

From a single overseas site in Hong Kong, 2022 has seen Europa Air & Sea enhance its presence, investing in new offices in Shanghai and Dubai this year.

Europa is setting the pace in the market, leading the sector at a time of immense change. The company recently reported a tripling in profits – up to £10m from £3.6m in 2020 – and a record £276m turnover for the 2021 financial year (ending 31 December). For the last 12 months to August 2022, the company has achieved arecord turnover of £316m, with Europa Air & Sea contributed to this robust financial performance.

Since the opening of Europa Air & Sea in Dubai, the business has made a number of significant hires within the team including Senior Sales Executive’s, Sagar Shetty and Magnus Mathews, taking the size of the teamto 10.

The Dubai team is headed up by Nathan Lynn who has an impressive track record, with 10 years’ experience in transport and logistics, including seven years at Europa before he relocated to Dubai in 2020.

“The Dubai office has been operational for three months and within that time alone we have seen a considerable uptake in the services that we provide. We are continually striving to achieve greater global inter-connectivity for our import and export customers in line with trade flow trends, and we look forward to continued growth,” Nathan Lynn, Europa Air & Sea Dubai general manager, commented.

“We are thrilled to welcome two new sales managers to the team, Sagar Shetty and Magnus Mathews. The progress we’re already experiencing reflects the increasing demand we are seeing from customers for our expertise in air and sea logistics solutions in the UAE.”
