Deutsche Post DHL Group celebrates Top Employer awards

Deutsche Post DHL Group  has been certified as Top Employer 2020. The Top Employer Institute’s Global Certification Programme annually certifies and recognises companies who demonstrate a continuous commitment to providing the best working conditions for their employees at country level. For this award, each certified business unit at DPDHL Group went through a multi-stage certification programme in which various categories were audited and evaluated by independent experts. According to the institute all units – namely Post & Parcel Germany, DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight and DHL Express – are top performers in the areas of “Talent Strategy” and “Culture” as well as “Learning & Development.”
