Caribbean Airlines will expand its cargo network with operations to and from Curacao in the Lesser Antilles from tomorrow (Friday 4 October).
With GSSA partner Maduro Air Freight Services, and airline will offer air cargo services to the wider Caribbean and international ports.
For shipments through Curacao, the airline will utilise its twice weekly service to Trinidad each Monday and Friday.
For shipments beyond Trinidad, the airline will use scheduled flights through its network and dedicated cargo flights operating five times a week via Miami.
Garvin Medera, CEO of Caribbean Airlines says: “This new service will improve connectivity and increase opportunities for trade and the movement of cargo between Curacao, the wider Caribbean and the world. Caribbean Airlines is experienced in shipping a range of commodities including general cargo, perishable goods and live animals. Additionally, the interline agreements we have, enable us to offer our customers a wide range of options to meet their global shipping needs.”
