CargoLogicAir makes new appointments to its executive team

British all-cargo airline CargoLogicAir (CLA) has announced two new appointments to its executive team at London Stansted Airport.

John Nicholas (pictured left) has joined the airline as technical director and will be responsible for all technical matters relating to the airline’s Boeing 747 Freighter fleet and air safety programme.

He has previously worked for British airways and for 19 years at the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Prior to leaving the CAA in 2016, he was head of CAA technical services.

David Bowden (pictured below left) is CargoLogicAir’s new chief financial officer (CFO).

He previously held the post of CFO at Fiji Airways Group and was also acting chief executive officer of the airline between June-October 2015.

Nicholas and Bowden are based at CLA’s headquarters at London Stansted Airport.

CLA is the UK’s only main deck all-cargo carrier and was launched at the end of 2015.
