C.H. Robinson opens global forwarding office in Vancouver

C.H. Robinson continues to expand its Global Forwarding division by opening a new global forwarding office in Vancouver.

The new office will be led by Sohrab Kazerooni, who has been with the company for the past five years.

The forwarder says Vancouver is a strong commercial market, was strategically chosen as the location for this office as it aligns with the company’s organic growth strategy.

Customers will benefit from having a local office working with their global supply chains in real time and C.H. Robinson will also work closely with customers and increase connectivity through Navisphere, the company’s global technology platform.

C.H. Robinson global forwarding president, Mike Short says: “We are excited about the competitive advantages this office will bring to our global customers.

“In addition to a strong commercial market, Vancouver offers many benefits. Just like the rest of our network, our Vancouver office is staffed with exceptional people and connected to our global technology – together, they will help improve our customers’ global supply chains.”

The new office is a part of C.H. Robinson Global Forwarding Canada.
