Bolloré opens Chile facility

In January, Bolloré Logistics Chile inaugurated its new logistics distribution centre at the “Bodenor Flex Centre”, located in the Enea industrial park (Pudahuel community), 5 kilometers from Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago de Chile.

This new 8,000 sq m infrastructure has high safety standards, state-of-the-art technology and a service of excellence and seeks to enhance Bolloré’s offer to its customers and strengthen the e-Commerce segment.

Bolloré Logistics Chile’s new logistics distribution centre has specialised in the Telecommunications and High-Tech industries with the priority of maximising care in the handling, transfer, and monitoring of high-value cargo.

In addition, it has a dedicated area and a specialised team in e-Commerce logistics solutions, acquiring multi-channel platforms to connect its WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transport Management System) systems with different marketplaces, helping the company’s customers to quickly implement their online sales.

As part of its security system it features in particular fully armoured gates, closed circuit television (CCTV) with facial recognition, motorised domes, video analytics, reading and registration of patents, radio communication systems with coverage throughout the industrial park.

“With a service of excellence and a high-quality team of people and professionals, this new logistics distribution centre of Bolloré Logistics Chile meets the highest standards by our customers, which are big multinational companies, and at a global level,” commented Hector Midolo, CEO Latin America of Bolloré Logistics.
