During the summer, Indian GSSA Group Concorde staged its Management Summit 2024 which unfolded over two days in the city of Bangkok. The event brought together “some of the brightest minds and leaders within the organisation” for an “exceptional experience of learning, networking and innovation,” says the GSSA.

Summit Highlights:

IAG Cargo partners

In the autumn, IAG Cargo, the cargo division of International Airlines Group (IAG), appointed Group Concorde as its cargo GSA in eight strategic markets: Cambodia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand. This collaboration marks a significant expansion for both companies, enhancing cargo operations and customer service across these regions.

By the end of 2024, Group Concorde will oversee cargo sales operations in these key markets, leveraging its extensive industry expertise and comprehensive network to drive growth and improve efficiency.
