Air Partner appoints new director of charter sales LAX

Air Partner, a Wheels Up Company and the leading global aviation services group providing aircraft charter and aviation safety and security solutions to businesses and private individuals around the world, has announced the appointment of Rommel Dones as Director of Charter Sales – LAX.

Based in Los Angeles, Dones is key to Air Partner’s West Coast expansion, with expertise earned over more than three decades in the international cargo market moving everything from perishable goods and livestock to auto parts and equipment for world-touring rock ‘n’ roll bands. His role with Air Partner includes oversight of sales and contracts for cargo charter services, as well as the brokering of aircraft to ensure that client shipments get where they’re going safely and on schedule.

Dones joins Air Partner from Navitrans Global Inc., where he spent six years doubling as Director – Charter Division and Regional Sales Manager – West Coast, with oversight of sales and contracts of cargo aircraft for charter from the U.S. to regions all over the world, including China and Asia.
