AIA Cargo makes senior management appointments in 2023

AIA has announced Senior Management appointments for 2023. Introducing Dovile Morris as the new VP Commercial & Network and Karolina Hill as AIA Germany Country Manager,

“We’re pleased to welcome Dovile Morris on board the AIA team as our brand-new VP Commercial & Network, based at our HQ in Heathrow, bringing her extensive knowledge and wealth of experience within the aviation industry. Dovile will be tasked with assisting AIA’S Chief Commercial Officer, Jaime Salguero, in working on airline RFP’s to bring in new mandates to our existing offices and in addition will help identify and start new office locations. Dovile will also work with AIA’s existing airline clients to investigate ways to enable them to expand their coverage and revenue output,” the company said in a press release.

“We are excited to have Dovile on board and we believe her strong and pro-active character plus wealth of industry knowledge will ensure Dovile will have a successful and long-standing career with AIA,” Mark Andrew, CEO, Airbridge International Agencies, said.

“In addition to the announcement of Dovile Morris, we are also pleased to welcome Karolina Hill on board as AIA’s new Germany Country Manager, based in our Frankfurt office. Karolina has a broad working background in cargo GSSA, charter broking and airline sales. Karolina has held several managerial positions in her career, giving her excellent experience in running successful teams in turn meaning she will be a great asset to the AIA team,” the company stated.
