AGI’s Covid vaccine lottery encourages workers to get jabbed

To encourage employees to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, Alliance Ground International (AGI) established a Covid vaccine lottery. The lottery gave all fully vaccinated employees of AGI, Cargo Force and The Cargo Security Company a chance to win $50,000 in prizes.
The grand prize winner took home $25,000, three runner up winners went away with $5,000 and the four 2nd runner up winners won $2,5000.
The giveaway was streamed live on Monday 20th when all winners were picked at random.

Warren Jones, vice president business development, AGI commented: “We did this give-away as we wanted to encourage our staff to get the vaccination, not only to help protect themselves but also their families. AGI is a people company and it’s our people that make AGI who we are. Without them, we would be nothing.

“We saw an increase of about 23% additional staff getting the shot after we announced this lottery, so we know it did some good. The winner works for Cargo Force, a division of AGI, and works on our mail operation for the United States Postal Service (USPS).”
