ACFA’s Entente Cordiale with CATA

ACFA’s Entente Cordiale with CATA

On July 12, the Air Cargo France Association (ACFA) received an official visit from the China Air Transport Association (CATA). The CATA delegation was able to visit CDG’s cargo installations and particularly the sorting centre of SODEXI, a member of the ACFA.

At the official meeting between both associations, discussions were held about the specific characteristics of the two organisations and markets; in particular with the rise of freight flows related to e-commerce, currently undergoing one of the highest growth rates in the sector.

French customs joined the day to present their role as guides for users of the CDG platform.

The meeting concluded with the official signature of a “Minutes Of Meeting”, the last step before the signature of a “Memorandum Of Co-operation” which will be signed during a reciprocal visit to Beijing.
