Pavel Kveten appointed as CEO of Girteka Logistics

  • As of 1 December 2025, Pavel Kveten has been appointed CEO of Girteka Logistics, Europe’s largest asset-based road transport company.
  • Returning to the company after three years, Kveten will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining business management, and driving continued transformation to deliver greater value to customers and stakeholders.
  • Kveten previously spent over a decade at Girteka in leadership roles and most recently led Everwest’s expansion into new markets. Known for his results-driven and transformational leadership, he brings deep logistics expertise and a strong focus on teamwork and customer partnerships to his new role.

As of 1 December 2025, Pavel Kveten was appointed as the CEO of Girteka Logistics, the largest asset-based road transportation company in Europe. In his new role, Pavel will focus on improving business management processes, increasing operational efficiency, and Girteka’s further transformation with a goal to increase tangible value for both customers and stakeholders.

Pavel Kveten has spent more than 10 years of his professional career at Girteka, previously leading transport, commercial, and operational teams. He then spent three years leading Everwest and expanding the company’s business into new markets such as China and Kazakhstan. Pavel’s work has also focused on strengthening the management structure and implementing well-defined processes across the organization. Throughout his career at Girteka, Pavel has successfully led multinational teams and executed numerous ambitious transformation projects. His results-oriented approach has kept the growing organization steadily moving forward, amidst European market fluctuations, pandemic, and uncertainty. Today, returning to Girteka, Pavel Kveten brings proven leadership skills, deep knowledge of the logistics sector and the company, and a commitment to transparent and efficient operations.
