  • Multimodal with a new focus on maritime logistics

From November 11 to 13, 2025, the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida was transformed into a logistics hotspot. 6,345 participants visited transport logistic Americas & air cargo Americas and the accompanying special exhibition “project cargo.”

The trade fair attracted the logistics community and cemented its status as the leading event for logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management in America. A grand ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by German Consul General Christofer Burger and many representatives of the regional and international logistics community opened the trade fair. Subsequently, 143 exhibitors from 24 nations met with 6,345 guests. Most visitors came from Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina. About one-third of the participants traveled from abroad. Overall, the event exceeded all expectations and established itself as a multimodal logistics trade fair in the US.

“Many key players filled the halls. The more international the business and the more uncertain the times, the more important personal contact becomes. The working atmosphere was truly palpable,” said Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead at Messe München.

“Miami has proven itself as a meeting point for the logistics community, and the trade fair served as an efficient hub for networking, with a strong focus on South, Central, and North America. These facts reinforce transport logistic Americas as the leading logistics trade show in the U.S.” Multimodal and international Nearly half of the exhibitors—including many small and mid-sized companies— came from the United States. Globally active players from all over the world used the fair as an entry point to new markets and service providers, especially  in the maritime logistics sector.

The exhibition showcased a well-balanced mix of services, systems, and technologies covering road, rail, sea, and air transport. Many exhibitors presented a comprehensive portfolio, and for one in five companies, digitalisation was a top priority.

Luke Baker, Head of Marketing at Network Aviation Group, emphasised: “This event provides an invaluable platform for connecting with customers, colleagues, partners and industry leaders from across the Americas and exploring the latest innovations that are driving the sector forward. The focused, high-quality attendance facilitated meaningful discussions on critical topics such as sustainable aviation, the future of ecommerce logistics and complex project movements across the Americas and worldwide. Air Cargo Americas is the most important event for Network outside of Europe.”

Clark Fritsch, Managing Director at logineer, added: “A convention transitioning from a pure air cargo event to be the US staple for the forwarding industry! This platform can be the new leading show!” More visitors than expected Registration numbers exceeded expectations even before the event started, and they continued to rise exponentially. The final boost came from Florida and Miami. The region represents a logistics stronghold with five cargo ports, Miami International Airport, and major business clusters in life sciences, retail, and the food industry. William Gerst, Sr. Business Development Manager at PTS Logistics Inc., which operates its own Miami branch, summarized succinctly: “The foot traffic has been excellent and we are happy with the attendance.”

Initial analyses show that around 80 percent of visitors hold management positions and 90 percent come from North, Central, and South America. The concept of a decision-maker trade fair for the American market was thus a success.

Luis Ramos, CEO of PrimeFlight in Mexico, shared his impressions with a view toward 2027: “The energy, the quality of attendees, the opportunities – it’s the kind of environment where you stop thinking trade show and start thinking global chessboard. World-class execution from a world-class team.” The concept proves successful With a first-class conference program curated by eleven expert partners, Messe München adapted the successful concept of transport logistic in Munich.

The well-attended forums reflected the high engagement of the logistics community, offering 19 sessions with more than 70 individual presentations. Adrian Varez, Head of Growth Enterprises at HappyRobot, noted: “The conference facilities were exceptionally accessible and well-organised, creating an ideal environment for transport logistic Americas, air cargo Americas & project cargo Americas November 11-13, 2025 Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami, Florida, USA https://www.tl-americas.org/ meaningful business conversations.
