Qantas Freight expands commodities and ways to pay on Webcargo online marketplace

As Qantas boosts premium seat capacity between the US and Australia, Qantas Freight is
expanding the types of commodities freight forwarders can book using their preferred online marketplaces and
offering new ways to pay for their shipments.

International freight forwarders can now access Qantas Freight cargo space on WebCargo for passive
temperature pharmaceutical movements and DG exempt lithium ion and lithium metal batteries.
The expansion allows WebCargo customers in the US, UK and South Africa to uplift their life-saving medicines and
DG exempt batteries, mobile phones, tablets, laptops and power tools onto Qantas Freight services to Australia
and New Zealand from one convenient platform.

Qantas Freight is also making it easier for WebCargo customers to pay for shipments. As of 22 September, USbased freight forwarders can now use their FreightosPay account on WebCargo to book Qantas Freight capacity
for shipments to Australia and New Zealand.

This update streamlines the booking process and makes it easier for non-IATA freight forwarders and customers
who do not yet have a Qantas Freight account to book cargo capacity on Qantas.

As reported in the Qantas Group FY25 Financial Results, e-commerce demand to and from Australia continues to
grow with Qantas Freight net revenue growing 7% year on year despite global trade uncertainty.

The introduction of the Dreamliner on Qantas’ Brisbane – Los Angeles services will boost Qantas Freight belly
space by more than 12%, creating more opportunities for US customers to uplift their products on Qantas’
commercial services to Australia.
