Lutfhansa suspends flights to Kyiv

From today, Lufthansa and Swiss Air Lines have suspended flights to the Kyiv, Ukraine amid fears of a Russian invasion.

Last week, KLM also announced it was suspending flights to the Ukrainian capital.

“The safety of our passengers and crew members is our top priority at all times,” said Lufthansa.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned on Sunday that Russia is planning “the biggest war in Europe since 1945”.
