WCA member America Logistics Group turns 30

WCA member America Logistics Group is celebrating 30 years of providing logistics services and continued growth across the Americas.

The Guatemala City, Guatemala headquartered freight forwarder has locations in eight different countries with more than 400 staff in the region.

The company was founded in 1989 and has been a WCA members since 2009, benefitting from the organisation’s global network as it has expanded.

Milton Barascout, chief executive officer of America Logistics Group says: “We are incredibly proud of our achievements in the past 30 years, but we couldn’t have done it without the dedication of our staff and the support of our customers.”

Barascout and the team celebrated the anniversary at the Guatemala City office by thanking staff and clients, throwing a party with champagne and handing out gifts.

Commenting on 10 years of WCA membership, Barascout says: “We joined WCA because it is an established organisation of great prestige with a wide network of agents, which strengthens our brand.”
