Peli BioThermal opens Mexico City service centre

Peli BioThermal has extended its network in the Americas with a station and service centre in Mexico City, Mexico.

The network station in Mexico City will service, refurbish, repair and condition reusable Credo on Demand shippers.

Mexican pharmaceutical exports have seen average growth of 2.6% per year and include prophylactic, therapeutic, antibiotic and hormonal products.

The exports are mainly shipped to the US, Switzerland, Panama, Venezuela and Colombia.

Mexico City has the highest number of pharmaceutical businesses in Mexico, and 40% of the industry’s economic activity in Mexico is concentrated in the 10 largest companies.

As the second largest pharmaceutical market in Latin America and the 12th largest in the world, Peli BioThermal’s vice president of Credo on Demand Dominic Hyde says Mexico and Mexico City is a prime location for a network station and service centre.

He says: “Our Credo on Demand rental programme will give pharmaceutical innovators in the region more convenient and flexible shipping options along with the ability to reduce costs and advance sustainability goals with reusable shippers.”
