Martinka succeeds Pfaff at Lufthansa Cargo

Achim Martinka will take over as vice president Germany at Lufthansa Cargo, succeeding J. Florian Pfaff who is now vice president Asia Pacific.

The business economist began his career at Lufthansa Cargo in 2000 as senior manager global accounts.

After various positions in Europe he moved to Atlanta in 2010 as vice president The Americas before being appointed vice president Europe and Africa in Frankfurt in 2016.

Since 2017, Martinka has been responsible for the One Cargo project, aimed at strengthening the cooperation between Swiss WorldCargo and Lufthansa Cargo.
