Etihad Cargo adds freighter flights to Changi

Etihad Cargo has extended its freighter network with the launch of weekly flights from Abu Dhabi to Singapore’s Changi Airport.

The weekly flight, EY9821 operates on Thursdays, leaving Abu Dhabi at 09.45 and landing in Singapore at 21.45h.

The flight leaves Singapore at 23.45 and then continues to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam landing at 00.45 the next day.

The Boeing 777 Freighter service then departs Vietnam at 02.45 and lands back in Abu Dhabi at 07.20 under flight number EY0976.

The freighter service between Abu Dhabi and Singapore compliments daily widebody passenger flights between the cities.

Etihad Cargo says these are key markets, and the opening of a direct freighter route supports strong economic and trade links between Abu Dhabi and Singapore.
