Turkish Cargo will add Mexico City to its network, with the first Boeing 777 Freighter flight landing in Mexico on 3 October.

The flights will operate on two different routes with first travelling on an Istanbul-Madrid-Mexico City-Bogota-Curacao-Maastricht-Istanbul route and the second going on an Istanbul-Madrid-Mexico City-Houston-Istanbul route.

Exports from Mexico City include fresh flowers, perishable fruit and vegetables, technological products and automobiles, and imports include automobiles, chemicals, petrochemical products, textiles, fish, pharmaceuticals, flowers and other perishables.

Mexico City is the 85th cargo destination for Turkish Cargo, as well as the eighth and 19th destination in Latin America and the Americas respectively.
