Blue Dart Express to buy remaining shares in subsidiary

Blue Dart Express has bought all the remaining shares of its aircraft operating subsidiary Blue Dart Aviation, it has said to the stock exchange.

DHL owns 75 per cent of the Indian express operator. Blue Dart Express says it will increase its stake in the carrier from the current 74 per cent to 100 per cent.

Blue Dart Express run a fleet of six Boeing 757-200 converted freighters on domestic routes in India.
