ProGlove has announced the appointment of Konstantin Brunnbauer, Co-Founder of ProGlove, as Managing Director. The appointment marks a significant milestone in ProGlove’s journey and highlights the company’s strong commitment to internal development, continuity, and long-term value creation.

Konstantin Brunnbauer has been part of ProGlove from the very beginning. He joined the company 11 years ago as its first intern and quickly became an integral part of the founding team. Over the years, he has taken on key leadership roles across the organization, including Production, People Experience, Chief Operating Officer, and Interim Chief Financial Officer. His hands-on leadership and deep understanding of ProGlove’s technology, people, and customers have been instrumental in building the company into what it is today.

“Konstantin’s journey from intern to Co-Founder and now Managing Director is truly exceptional and deeply rooted in ProGlove’s DNA,” said Petteri Saarinen, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “He combines entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, and a strong values-driven leadership style. The Board has full confidence in Konstantin to lead ProGlove into its next phase.”

As Managing Director, Konstantin Brunnbauer will focus on executing ProGlove’s strategy, strengthening its solution-oriented approach, accelerating innovation in industrial wearables, and further expanding the company’s global market presence.

“ProGlove is not just a company to me – it has been a defining part of my life for more than a decade,” said Konstantin Brunnbauer, Managing Director of ProGlove. “I am grateful for the trust placed in me and proud to lead this incredible team. Our strategy is clear, and now our focus is on strong execution and delivering real value to our customers.”

As part of the leadership transition, Stefan Lampa will step down from his role as CEO. Over the past three years, Stefan has played a key role in strengthening collaboration across the organization and advancing ProGlove’s evolution from a product-centric company to a solution-driven partner for customers across industry, retail, and logistics. He will remain closely connected to ProGlove as an advisor to the company, ensuring continuity and ongoing strategic guidance.

“Stefan has made a meaningful impact on ProGlove, both professionally and culturally,” said Magnus Hammarström, Managing Director at Nordic Capital. “We thank him for his leadership and are pleased that he will continue to support the company as an advisor.”

The leadership team is further strengthened by Marcel Kars, who will lead ProGlove’s global commercial organization as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), working closely with Konstantin Brunnbauer to drive alignment and commercial traction across all regions.

“Konstantin knows ProGlove like no one else,” said Thomas Kirchner, ProGlove Founder and former CEO. “He was the first person to ever join us, took responsibility from day one, and helped us master challenges that many hardware startups never overcome. This company would not be where it is today without him. From Intern to Managing Director – we are immensely proud.”

This leadership change reflects ProGlove’s strong foundation, shared values, and long-term vision as the company continues to grow, innovate, and empower industrial workers worldwide.
